Tevin Engle
Tevin Engle is Co-Founder and Chief Compliance Officer of EliOra Tech Solutions, where he leads the company's compliance, regulatory strategy, and AI governance initiatives. He specializes in healthcare compliance, CMS regulations, Medicaid programs, and data analytics, helping ensure EliOra's AI solutions are secure, compliant, and built for highly regulated industries.
Tevin holds a B.S. in Healthcare Compliance and Regulations from Arizona State University. His experience includes leadership roles at CVS Health, UnitedHealth Group, and the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), where he has led Medicaid compliance initiatives, strengthened program integrity, and used advanced analytics to identify risk and improve operational outcomes.
At EliOra, Tevin provides strategic oversight of compliance and governance, helping organizations adopt artificial intelligence with confidence while meeting evolving regulatory standards.
Co-Founder / Lead Data Engineer
Shingai Nindi
Shingai Nindi is Co-Founder and Lead Data Engineer of EliOra Tech Solutions, where he leads the design and development of the company's AI, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure. He specializes in building secure, scalable data platforms that transform complex information into actionable business intelligence.
Shingai holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Data Science & Analytics from Georgetown University, graduating summa cum laude. His experience spans healthcare, financial technology, sports analytics, and enterprise software, where he has developed cloud-native architectures, machine learning pipelines, and advanced analytics solutions.
At EliOra, Shingai oversees data and AI infrastructure, ensuring solutions are built with scalability, security, and performance at their core.
